I currently hold my real estate brokers license, opened a real estate business, along with the commercial property management business. I have several years` experience in the banking and real estate industry, working in the past for Dunes Properties of Charleston and National Bank of South Carolina. I am currently the managing partner of Twin Oaks Enterprises, Inc, a commercial property management company along the Grand Strand, which houses over 46 small businesses in the area. I am currently responsible for bringing the businesses/tenants in, renewals, leases and managing these commercial properties. I am also broker in charge and owner of Twin Oaks Real Estate LLC, with extensive knowledge of the community, being a resident of the area for over 30 years. I have been involved with area Rotary Clubs, local Surfrider foundation chapter and philanthropic development programs at Coastal Carolina University. I truly value our community as a whole and understand the importance of giving back in areas that have given me so much. I can bring you a wealth of knowledge in several areas that are vital to your decision making process in nurturing your real estate and commercial leasing needs.

Blake has received Homesnap's 2022 Top and fastest growing agent award among 2 million agents nationwide. Outside of work I truly enjoy the outdoors. We live in a beautiful area and I certainly try to take advantage of that. My hobbies include playing basketball, working out at the gym, golf, tennis, surfing, art, photography, playing guitar, traveling, meeting new people and building relationships. As a property manager , broker and property owner in the area, both residential and commercial, I have seen this area change a lot through the years and have spent a lot of time working with business owners, community leaders and prospective clients/customers. Through my day to day interactions in the Grand Strand real estate market place, I have developed knowledge which gives me a unique ability to advise and represent my clients. I would be delighted to help you achieve your property goals. Please contact me with any questions or interests you might have!
